François Sano is an animal health technician. He graduated from Collège Lionel-Groulx in Sainte-Thérèse in 2020 and joined the team in May 2020. The years preceding his graduation, he worked for the Animex company as an animal ambulance driver and he volunteers at the Montreal SPCA since 2016.

Originally from Kigali in Rwanda, he immigrated to Canada in September 2011.

In general, he likes dogs more than cats. However, that all changed when he saw Riley, a ginger cat from the Animex Shelter. Their meeting was love at first sight and he adopted her straight away. Since then, he has shared his life with Riley, his first pet.

 

In his spare time, François does weight training to keep in shape and he recently discovered a new passion for the outdoors.
