Obesity is unfortunately a problem encountered daily in veterinary clinics. Overweight animals are at risk for diabetes, osteoarthritis, respiratory problems and cardiovascular disease. We  want to spoil our furry companion, but it must be done with caution. 

 

At the clinic, we offer weight loss and weight management programs with technicians to help you out! The technician will go over nutritional principles with you and analyze the nutritional needs of your pet. They will then create a plan with appropriate foods that will ensure your pet has its daily calorie needs met. Exercises and food dispensing options will also be brought up. Monthly follow-ups are offered to keep-up with the changes in weight loss or gain.
